What is ferza?

ferza is your AI employee for e-commerce, built by EverBee. Connect your shop and tools, give it a job, and approve the work before it goes live. It handles research, design, listings, ads and reports, and remembers your business from one task to the next.

How is this different from a general AI chat?

ferza brings your shop, EverBee research and Printify into a seller workspace. Research a product, design it, make the mockups and prepare the listing for publishing. ferza is built to ask before it goes live. ChatGPT and Claude can also take actions through apps and connectors.

Do I need a store to use ferza?

No. You can use ferza without a store, then connect tools when you need them. The ecosystem includes Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, OpoShop, Printify, EverBee and other business tools. Available actions depend on the connection.

What can I review before it goes live?

ferza is built to ask before it publishes, sends, deletes or makes bulk changes. Review the proposed listing edits and give your OK before asking ferza to apply them.

Can ferza do recurring work?

Yes. Ask it to schedule a task or watch for a change. You choose the job and frequency, and can manage scheduled work from the app.

Does it work inside Slack or Teams?

How do credits work?

Credits cover the AI work ferza does. Plan credits refresh monthly and unused plan credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits carry across months. See the current allowances in the app before upgrading.

What is Canvas?

Canvas is the panel beside the chat where the work lands: drafted listings, keyword tables, mockups and reports. Review the result alongside the conversation that created it.

Can ferza handle larger jobs?

Yes. For a big job, ferza splits the work across several agents at once, shows you their progress, and brings the results together.

Can I bring my own tools?

Yes. Add a custom MCP server to connect its tools to ferza. MCP is a standard that lets AI work with external tools and information.

Which AI models does ferza use?

ferza uses Claude’s latest models and picks the right one for each task, so you don’t spend credits on a bigger model than the job needs. You can switch that off and choose a model yourself. More models are coming soon.

Does annual billing change my credits?

No. Plan credits still refresh monthly. Annual billing changes when you pay, not how often your credits renew.

Can I use ferza on my phone?

Yes. Open ferza in your mobile browser. You can also add it to your home screen for quicker access.

How does the founder offer work?
